-Low carb diet bars: Low Carb diet bars can be found in stores, but be aware that many of them have hidden carbs that claim they don’t have any at all. They are usually sugar carbs, and are very bad for those on a low carb diet.
When going on a low carb diet, it’s important to focus on lean food such as fish and green vegetables. The foods listed above should be avoided whenever on a low-carb diet.
